New #yarn rocked up earlier than I expected!! I’ve already started on the #blanket, and I’m keen to spend tonight watching TV and #knitting

Or playing a game… or both

I’m making the #pattern: Together Again, by #FiftyFourTenStudio, available on #Ravelry.

Maybe after this one I’ll try my hand at something with cabling (sweater or blanket). Or try modifying a pattern to make it larger… I find a lot of the blanket patterns a bit small for what I want.

@shieldsy05 Nice pattern AND yarn - I love when there is a concept behind a pattern, like this one, currently in my queue....

If you purchase 5 patterns from my Ravelry Store at the same time (add them all to your cart before you check out), the least expensive one will be free.

@KarenStrickholm wow! That’s such a beautiful pattern, and such a thoughtful idea.

I really like the yarn they’ve used as well.

The lacier patterns aren’t generally my style (for now), but patterns like this make me reconsider :P

@shieldsy05

Maybe a lace with a less traditional lace look? Like the one @Lavisch used on her just-launched #PsychedelicaKAL shawl pattern (which I'm making).

This reads more like a texture. And people seem to like to riff on it. Check out these interpretations. It's been a super-fun de-stressing knit!

Sometimes, you just want a knit that quickly gives results. This design uses aran weight yarn, which definitely delivers on that! The patterning may look challenging, but if you’ve ever knit lace, you can absolutely work this too.

@KarenStrickholm ooh thank you! Haha before long I’ll have a massive project list :P
@shieldsy05 And your stash may one day require a room!
