jordan@scalzi As a resident of Illinois, I get a check for anywhere from $50 to $300 every few months as a result of yet another class action suit brought as a result of a company violating our Biometric Information Privacy Act.

Ian@scalzi Good luck to him. Illinois has pretty strict biometric privacy laws (Google just lost a class action lawsuit a year ago or so). Sounds like a minefield I'd want no part of.
