I believe Politico privately considers "No Labels" to be a spoiler operation designed to put Trump back in the White House. But like other willfully blind journalism organizations, it treats the group as "centrist" with honest motivations.

It's likely that some supporters do honestly believe they're helping to improve politics. But they are the Jill Stein voters of 2024 and should be called out as such.

@dangillmor One of the signals that a civilization is in decline: when its institutions are crumbling under their own weight, and most agree, yet nothing can be done.

Our two party system is dysfunctional on multiple levels. Particularly when it comes to presidential elections. Yet the only way to attack it is... to give aid and comfort to people whose aim is to undermine elections.
