I'm curious. Since Vivaldi is Chromium based, other than severing Google account connections, how is it different than Google Chrome? Makes it better. Accounts links aside, both MS Edge, Google Chrome and Vivaldi all share the same parent (Chromium) DNA.

I'm not being obtuse here.

@paul @stux @mozilla @Vivaldi Unlike #Vivaldi, #Chrome is basically corporate spyware, and #Edge isn’t much better. The Chromium base they all share is open source.

I get that. I didn't know exactly what direction Stux was going with his reasoning. Stability, privacy, etc.

FYI, I've used barebones Chromium forever on Debian. Probably close to a decade.
