It does come in handy for transferring hoard into storage, moving from one place-to-keep-my-stuff to another, hauling a 7-foot-long recumbent bike to a remote riding location, helping a friend get that new fridge/TV/bed home, etc.

I'm very hostile to renting things, especially if I can anticipate recurring need, which I had when I bought it used.
