No, thank you.

@georgetakei I won't be going back until it changes for the better. It's surely the right thing to do. I will miss traveling down there.
@georgetakei Florida? The hostile Red state? That's a BIG NO.
@georgetakei this looks like entrapment.
@georgetakei Poor Orlando, stuck in Florida at a time like this. I'm willing to believe they'd move the whole city to another state if they could. But given they can't, yeaaaah this isn't the best way of showing support and solidarity.
@georgetakei I understand and appreciate their support. It's a bit of sanity in a sea of fear and state sponsored bigotry. That said, it's an incredibly dangerous idea in this climate. Godspeed to those that understand the risk, accept it, and sally forth.
@georgetakei Only problem is that it is in Florida. 🫨
@georgetakei true pinkwashing. Hiring straight people to ride on their floats. DeSantis promises to be “LGBT’s worst enemy”.
@georgetakei Any time the NAACP has to issue a U.S. State Dept.-like advisory for Black folks to avoid visiting Florida, you know something is wrong. Nope, there are better options worth my time and money.
@georgetakei the only “gay” they want to say is “gay dollars”.
@georgetakei If it weren’t scary enough that a person could get arrested for using the bathroom, or have their trans kid snatched by the state, consider that malaria, dengue fever, and 😱 LEPROSY are at large in Florida. And the chief health officer is certifiable! No THANK you!
@georgetakei No, really… it's a shower room."
