I have been vibrating about this one for a week now! Super amazing job by @leggy2fast!! Thank you so much, this Janus art is incredible!

Oof, yeah, this rear trailing arm monoball does indeed have a good 1-2mm of lateral play. Sucks it didn't make it 2500 miles.

Guess I will have some "dynamic toe" out on the track. I can't wait to disassemble it to see what failed. Really disappointing when this should have been a "forever" part really.

Weird it didn't fail in the direction where force is actually applied.

Car passed track inspection, somehow.

They found some mistakes. I forgot to tighten a jam nut or two. Also, one of the rear sway links was over extended and needed to be tightened up.

Another brutally hot weekend with a mountain of work to wrap up. I hate these marathons because I make mistakes like above.

Four years since I last tracked this car. Wow, I'm slow.

I'm at a point in my life where I don't really question the urges to draw gender nonconforming anthropomorphic foxes wearing traditional polish clothing anymore

In April I completely killed our lawn (well, MOSTLY killed, some grass survived here and there) and put down native meadow seeds. It’s finally really starting to take over. It’s very patchy, so this is going to be a multi-year process, but they’re really thriving so far. This is a patch of Farewell to Spring (Clarkia amoena), Western yarrow (Achillea millefolium), and either Foothill or Tomcat clover, I’m not sure which. All native pollinators. With luck they’ll flower this month or next.

What a marathon long weekend. I'm utterly exhausted to my core. But the car is ready for a track inspection.

I will need to change out the break in oil after, and I might not have licked the over boost problem. I certainly haven't reviewed the data logs.

With a little luck, nothing will try to occupy space with other solid matter at the same time. And I will be good to go... remember the next thing I forgot to do.

i found a Board of Canada!
