As far as I understand, some of the options are grouped together.

If a person wants to fight the monster, there's the fight option. If a person wants to not fight the monster, there are several options.
Because the underlying desire is to not engage with the monster, those options are grouped together. So, that's 53% Vs the 47% for fight.

After that's resolved, then the remaining 3 options are resolved, the major one being "avoid" in this case.
