@Lionrae I'm trying to guess the tribes. TL - Children of Gaia, TR - Bone Gnawer or BSD, BL - Shadow Lord or Silver Fang, and BR - I'm borking on...could be CoG but maybe Fianna? If the char's natural form is Lupus (i.e. a Red Talon) do you put the wolf head in the fore?
@fatkat very close! The one in the suit is actually Lupus and usually walks around as Hispo, but it was fun to figure out his human form. First one (blond with long hair) is a Glass Walker, second is indeed BG, third is a Shadow Lord and the last one's another Bone Gnawer! Thanks for your guesses πŸΊπŸ’ž
@Lionrae I'll take 50% accuracy :) It's so hard with some tribes. GWs could look like anyone in IT :-p. I look forward to the next batch.
@fatkat they absolutely can, I love them πŸ˜‚
@Lionrae I like 'em for X-over reasons. So easy for them to be (un)knowingly in contact with a Virtual Adept. They always make the most sense to me for a team-up, especially if you're trying to do stuff in the Digital Web.
@fatkat yeah!! That combo can be a lot of fun. I don't usuallyncrossover much in my games but sometimes there's a chance like that and you have to take it
@Lionrae Completely agree. It's funny, I've always read/discussed how X-overs in WoD can be bad and unmanageable, but then there's basically X-over stuff written into the game/meta. I think as long as you don't try to make a D&D-style party of the core WoD beings things will be okay. I mean, if you're going to have NPCs from other parts of WoD why not just make that role a PC (and maybe off-load some of the overhead of essentially running 2 core-games at once)?
@fatkat mostly because I'm a coward and having them as NPCs is more easily manaegable, but yeah, you're 100% right πŸ˜‚ it's a fundamentally different rpg from DnD and that's a bug chunk of the fun of it!
