They should be prosecuted if they broke ANY laws, including tax law. Republicans supposedly care so much about Hunter Biden paying taxes late one year, I'm SURE they will be outraged to find out the Thomases were not reporting large gifts to the IRS. Lastly he should resign or be impeached. SCOTUS is completely illegitimate and corrupt
