Yo! Looking for some more cool game devs to follow doing any #Linux and #SteamDeck support. Make yourself known in the replies plz ❤️🎮🕹️
@gamingonlinux I'm here.Linux is the platform I use to develop all my games, so of course they're all compatible with it.
@gamingonlinux I don't think I will release on steamdeck, but definitely not win or mac
@gamingonlinux hi. I'm not putting out any games at the moment but I'm a gamedev who is pretty cool and frankly desperate for followers. The situation is dire you have no idea
@gamingonlinux Hi, I'm the tech director for a cool horror game I'm developing with a cool team using Godot, on and for Linux & Deck.
@gamingonlinux working on a game, haven't made many post here about it.
I plan for Linux and/or SD compatibility.
@gamingonlinux I'm not a game developer, but I played with the steamworks SDK to get low level access to deck's controls and even have a demo app that uses trackpads for scrolling and haptics for indicating list view begin/end positions (sound on). Qt/QML + hand written wrapper around ISteamInput
@gamingonlinux if browser games count then yep :)

@gamingonlinux I'm the developer behind Taylor an #mruby based game engine that supports #linux #windows #osx #html and soon #android I develop on Linux and believe it should "just work" on a #SteamDeck but don't know anyone who has one to try it with.

Taylor is an easy to use game engine using mruby as the scripting language. It's aimed at people who love ruby or just want an easy way to make cross platform games.

@sean_earle is it me or is the website offline? 🤔
@alexanderadam The website has dropped the `www` portion, it's now at https://taylormadetech.dev/

@sean_earle thank you 🙏🏻
You could probably update the old post with the correct URL, right?
@gamingonlinux I'm making a weird #stealth #horror game using the #godot engine on Linux. I just picked up a SteamDeck and I plan on making sure it plays well on it.
@gamingonlinux I'm late, but I develop on Linux and export for Linux! Fun fact, I'm currently working on expanding my Linux Game Jam submission into a full game!
