Most physicists agree that alternate dimensions most likely exist. Can you detect alternative dimensionsions? No, we just dont know how. Thats the answer.
Do those alternate dimensions have a direct or indirect effect on the universe? If so, that effect should be detectable. Same with a god. It’s about what it does to the universe. There certainly are physical theories which posit that higher dimensions have an effect on our universe and they are supported with evidence.
I’ve tried before. They usually just default to the god as first cause argument, maybe point at the universe and say look, there’s your proof right there. It’s useless and these days I just avoid theists and arguments as much as possible. Although I have recently come out of the atheist closet. If someone asks I’ll simply refuse to just chuckle awkwardly and say I haven’t been to church in a while like I used to do. I’ll say straight up I’m an atheist and explain why, clearly and unaggressive, again if it comes up. I’ve had better results with that than by getting into actual debates. Just explain yourself, normalize it, and move on.

Your second question asks how I make my point, which I never said I had a point to make or that I was making any point at all. Also I don’t know what a pip gallery is.
