If Trump didn’t want his case tried in D.C., he shouldn’t have committed crimes in D.C. See how that works?
@georgetakei Still plenty of time for him to quickly commit a crime in West Virginia.
@georgetakei Whatever you do illegally in DC is tried in DC.
@georgetakei
So many crimes, so many jurisdictions.

@georgetakei And he says he's innocent, but still wants all of these delays.

Wouldn't an innocent man want a speedy trial to clear his name before the election?

@georgetakei Agreed. But criminal takedowns of this magnitude usually target the base of the pyramid and work their way up to the top. The base of Trump's pyramid is populated by billionaires, Republican congresspersons, members of military command, and Federal judges. Why are they not being prosecuted, too? At the end of the day, they're the root cause of the dysfunction. Trump is just a conspicuous boil.
@georgetakei That just makes too much sense for the MAGA crowd, or below-average American low-information voter
@georgetakei he's too stupid to understand basic common sense.
@georgetakei you enjoying having his royal trumpness back in the news George

@georgetakei

He just can‘t get it…

@georgetakei well he committed crimes pretty much everywhere he has been, so... 😅
@georgetakei He probably thought he could even it out by committing some crimes in NY and Georgia.
@georgetakei! If you can't do the time, don't do the crime(s)! #Politics
@georgetakei So, if he remanded into custody, does he get to order McDonald's? Or throw ketchup bottles at the break room TV? Or just locked into a cell with a metal bed and combo sink/toilet?
