OH MY GOD. I could not get rear quarter windows of my car to go up the last month. Too lazy to take to dealer. So I subscribed to Lexus dealer diagnostics docs for $25 for 2 days.
I go to troubleshooting section.
1.) Battery connected?
2.) Engine on?
3.) Window lock off?

@SwiftOnSecurity lol don't feel bad. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't open the trunk. Until the kind Lexus dealer person on the phone asked me if I had pressed the "valet button" in the glove box
Me: the what?
Me, after fumbling around with the manual: *facepalm*
I thanked him sheepishly and hung up after vaguely remembering that I had pushed that button for the, ya know, valet
