OH MY GOD. I could not get rear quarter windows of my car to go up the last month. Too lazy to take to dealer. So I subscribed to Lexus dealer diagnostics docs for $25 for 2 days.

I go to troubleshooting section.
1.) Battery connected?
2.) Engine on?
3.) Window lock off?

@SwiftOnSecurity This seems like a good example of how an expert on a given technical matter could totally fail at another technical matter. (For the record, it took me a while to figure out the same problem on my Mazda)
