Great ideas, thanks guys. @aurelia , yes, a hurricane could kill someone who doesn't have a pre-existing condition. But the idea here is: Person A is responsible for Person B, knows about the medical condition, there's an argument, Person B heads out into rough weather.

I was thinking (it happens once in a while) that if this was a cismale or someone AMAB who had hemophilia and in the brief exposure to the hurricane were struck by a piece of debris that caused lacerations that caused them to lose too much blood.
If the piece of debris was metal and they hadn't had their tetanus booster they could get an infection and possibly a seizure which prevents them from calling 911 to get medical aid for the lacerations.
Is that pretty much where you were heading with this, Yusuf?
