[MOD POST]
We're nearing the end of the 50 questions we wrote to kick off @penfount-- and we have loved reading all your various insightful and informative responses!

Would you like to see #FPQuestion of the day continue? Perhaps on a weekly or twice a week basis rather than daily?

What other kinds of ideas do you have for organized community posts, activities, or events? Reply below!
#FountainPens

@penfount
Weekly would be great since it gives more people time to answer and join in.
@penfount IMO it should continue. It works very well as a conversation starter and I am sure there are people like me who may not have a conversation starter but would like to converse anyway (about Fountain pens). And twice or thrice a week would give it space to grow into a nice discussion due to there being more time to participate.
@penfount Please continue! Also, as our community grows, I believe there’s nothing wrong with repeating previous questions especially when they’re over a year old.
@penfount I enjoy the prompts, it would be nice to keep them going. Like others have mentioned, maybe on a weekly or biweekly schedule, and maybe repeat the questions after a while?
@penfount I'd 100% like this to continue! It's been one of my favourite things about this instance. I like the everyday thing, but maybe around 3 a week would be more sustainable & gives some time for people to respond. Perhaps something like Mon/Wed/Fri. But, how do you keep them visible after the first day, especially come the weekend? Maybe Mon/Thur/Sat would be better?
@toga yeah, I have to admit I’m not sure what the best way to keep posts visible would be. I suppose it could be unboosted and then reboosted which would put it back on the top of the feed, but I’m not sure if that’s abusing the system. Pinned post is another method but that would rely on our checking the account profile, which I don’t think is the way most people interact with the community account.
@paradoxmo Yeah, I don't think pinning would have many people seeing it. I'd say re-boosting would be the best option. I wouldn't say that would be abusing the system.
