Dipoles?
Where we are going we don't need dipoles...

Today I learned a lot about #impadence #transformers. They are quite picky about some unknown things. A #Nanovna saved the day by letting me measuring before putting everything together.

@alper And they're especially useful when you've got several different types of ferrite -43 -77 -K (and possibly -31 & -61) and didn't mark which was which! Hint - white insulation tape and a fine vivid marker works really well for this.

@gmoretti Sadly I am not even sure what type of toroid I am buying from the start. The only good physical shop hat I can buy them are a little bit oblivious to their merchandise. I understood now these green toroids are good for hf and most likely ferrite. We will see how they will behave =)
