It’s a pretty uncommon target for malware because of the install base, sandboxing, and permissions, so as long as you’re smart about what you download and give permissions to, you’ll be fine. If you do want one, CleanMyMacX is the go-to, which is worth having anyway to clean up messy apps that store files in weird places instead of the proper .app
