@geobeck @georgetakei Several of those lawyers are disbarred/going to be disbarred. Of course, he might use that as a defense: "My lawyers are shown to be incompetent, therefore, I am innocent."
(Which in some circumstances is a legitimate defense. This is.... not one of those circumstances. Among other things, when there's a paper trail of multiple attorneys telling you 'No', and you ignoring them in favor of the handful who were stupid, greedy, and/or corrupt enough to tell you 'Yes', you can't plead ignorance.)
I think this means the indictment drops tomorrow.
@georgetakei
This is hysterical...I smell fear!
Just runnin' scared each place we go
So afraid that he might show.....

I think the DOJ is exercising its sense of wicked humor, and will deny Trump the ability, this time, to be the first to announce the indictment. And then they'll sit back and watch the fireworks.
One way to disarm a bomb is to blow it up!
https://law-and-politics.online/@[email protected]/110787251760777668 Trump denies the reporting that he is expecting an indictment soon or maybe even today. His public statements are almost always to control the narrative, and the narrative now is "my lawyers explained to the DOJ why indicting me will tear the country apart." But if they were not expecting an indictment, why would his lawyers tell this to the DOJ?
โ@georgetakei This country will be destroyed if TFG does not go to jail.
Let him do his rallies in jail with his choir singing their favorite song, YMCA.
"Prosecutors had tears in their eyes. They said 'Sir, we are SO sorry for the misunderstanding.' They were crying..."
