Wird Radverkehr gezwungen, in den fließenden Verkehr einzufädeln, ist schon eine Gefährdung gegeben. Bei solchen Ausweichmanövern sterben Menschen, wie z.B. 2021 in Berlin:
Es muss auch keine konkrete Gefahr bestehen, wenn eine Gefährdung wahrscheinlich ist.

Das gilt z.B. auch bei Parken in Feuerwehrzufahrten, in Kreuzungsbereichen oder vor Zebrastreifen. In allen Fällen muss dringend gehandelt werden. Wenn es bereits brennt oder ein Kind übersehen wurde, ist es schon zu spät.

Wie gesagt, man kann auch die Nummer der Dienststelle raussuchen, aber bevor man gar nichts macht, weil man die nicht findet oder niemand rangeht, lieber die 110 wählen.

Problem: bestimmte Abschnitte haben renitente Dienstgruppen, die Anrufe absichtlich verschludern, bspw. wird absichtlich eine falsche Adresse an den Streifenwagen rausgegeben und der meldet dann zurück, dass nichts gefunden wurde.
Meldungen via ELZ werden aber aufgezeichnet, da haben renitente Dienstgruppen keine Chance.

There were quite a few bizarre ways and things that blocked the bike lanes.
And drivers wonder why cyclists remain so resentful and distrusting of the system that relegates us to where all the glass shards and rubble to ruin our tires are, then still routinely hit us.
I am among the countless #HitByCar victims too
