I never touched the #pygame library in my life. But I had to pick it up fast for a client's project, so I used a #LLM to walk me through the basics. It was a two-hour crash course.

Less than 24 hours later, I finished my first "game", a crowd simulator that includes a social force model to make agents move more realistically.

It was a truly #matrix #iknowkungfu experience.

"Why did I not use an online course for that"? Because it was just an experiment. And also because I had to learn it, and learn it fast.

Also because I wanted to interact with the "instructor" and cut to the chase as much as possible, so the "course" was tailored to my needs.

@brunoarine I had a similarly positive experience recently https://xenodium.com/a-cure-for-javascript-fatigue
A cure for JavaScript fatigue?

@xenodium this reminds me that I should totally give chatgpt-shell a try!
