But in his defense, in the vast majority of presentationss/documentaries/panflets for “replace fossil fuel with electric”, they nearly never openly take into consideration how fucking bad for the environment and the local populations mining rare minerals used in batteries is.

So yeah, let’s stop using non reusables, but also let’s acknowledge and openly talk about it.

Well, the true solution is robust public infrastructure and abandoning personal cars.
