Nice! I'd love to try out the trackball, it feels like a great position.
I just finished a #skeletyl build with base plate for camera clamps / joints used to adjust between sitting and standing postures.
I'm considering building a #dilemma next, for traveling and trips to the office.

I want to try if the trackball sensitivity can be tweaked so that if I lay my palm on it, QMK switches to a nav layer with arrows keys etc.
I use a nav + mouse emulation layer atm, maybe I could merge those if the trackball would switch back and forth automatically.
But I can imagine that the switch back delay would be tricky to get right
