@JohnMcCann I was chatting with my friends @ab9mz & @ka3ttt about buying used #HamRadio equipment. You'd said "never buy used equipment." However, my friends say it depends on the situation. @ka3ttt got his #RFinder used on QRZ.com. Do you still think that way today?

Used equipment is just fine. Either evaluate it in person or pay the fee for buyer protection (paypal or venmo)

@nz0p @KE8UPE @JohnMcCann @ab9mz @ka3ttt With used gear there's a very clear distinction between "tests good" used equipment and "couldn't test but assumed working" aka "working when taken out of service" - i.e., it's dead.
