@rebrafsim the more I think about this, the less silly it is. This can go two ways:

- the customer is asking for help finding the resources to learn to help themselves. Be nice.

- knowing when to ask for help is an important skill. Don't trivialize it.

@rebrafsim reminds me of the time a friend of mine and I walked by the "do it yourself" section in a store and she goes "that's so rude!" and she was being so serious πŸ˜‚
