Friday morning cycling at hotel. I inadvertently reset my Apple Watch 5 minutes in, so I have two separate workouts. Total: 60 minutes, 495 calories. Pretty good workout despite not having an instructor to call intervals.

From the bike 18.0 miles, average heart rate 123 BPM, 98 average speed, 171 average watts, 757 calories. I did enter my weight, I have found that bikes calculate more calories than the Apple Watch, but I use the Apple Watch everywhere else, so 🤷‍♂️.
