Seems to be about finding a niche and owning it. Path to success is unlikely to be by selling the top 10 paperbacks.

It's unfortunate that last year's new arrival complained about the new bike lane opened up in front of his store. So whenever I go in I make a point of very visibly carrying my helmet, panniers etc :)
