this is a #furry flavored instance of #linkstack that acts as a linktree for your various furry linking needs. this instance isn't trans specific, but is absolutely trans-friendly. :3

i'm manually approving requests to join. feel free to nudge me on here if i haven't gotten to you yet! hit me up here if there's any issues you run into. you can be nsfw on here, but please nothing illegal. i have a me to feed.

@taco heads-up: you can’t use emojis anywhere, looks like there’s mojibake happening. I’m gonna guess it’s borking at the database level.

this is something we’d have to edit in ourselves. luuuuckily, linkstack is open source! https://github.com/LinkStackOrg/LinkStack

Attached: 2 images @[email protected] Apparently, only some emojis are accepted by the text field. The hourglass works, but the artist emoji (🧑‍🎨) doesn't.

@taco @fleece repro: enter emoji such as a flag into tour user profile text area (the one with the rich text editor) and save. When the page reloads, see mojibake where your flag was. Subsequent saves further corrupt the mojibake

@taco @fleece I don’t know what database is backing the app, but if it’s MySQL or Maria, then it might be the charset on the table where this field is stored isn’t utf8mb4 or better
