We apparently have a real housing shortage here🇨🇦 thanks to 55 years of nimbys and not building enough new housing. Apparently we're building lots of new (supposedly affordable) housing quickly now, but I'm guessing quickly will still be a decade.

Most of the rest of your list applies here as-is, and of course nimbys and house speculators are a lot of why we have that housing shortage.

@QasimRashid Before retiring in 2010 I worked on continuous emission analyzers. When working on a co2 analyzer I could read ambient air. I never saw co2 at 400 PPM or above. Now you don't see below 400. Either fossil fuels are making things worse or George Soros is burning money in open pits. #climatechange #ClimateCrisis #environment #Science
