@QasimRashid we definitely have a housing shortage. The existing home ownership class does not want to see more homes built and the price of housing decrease.

Every city in the country has tons of restrictions on what you can build on your land, with the objective to reduce housing.

@shine @QasimRashid every major metro area in the US(outside of Detroit) has a massive housing shortage solely due to ridiculous restrictions on building shorted by current house owners
