A fairly scary form of mail fraud I've not seen before. The other side contains my full name, address, a QR code.

I could without a doubt see many people falling for this, not just the older crowd.

@witch_of_winter was there a company name on it? Or just this? So many people get stuff delivered to their homes, one could think it was legit. It just seems scammers are all over the place.
@julescelt01 nope no company names or anything of the like, just a QR code and their 855 numbers.
@witch_of_winter for me, no company names like USPS, would be a serious red flag. I can totally see how people might think it's legit though.
@julescelt01 absolutely, especially if you're younger and you're caught up in the excitement of getting a package.
@witch_of_winter you know you can screengrab that QR code without activating it and decode it and then mess with the delivery person. But that's just me 😆
@hackdefendr yeah but I don't have time for that
@witch_of_winter @yurnidiot I ordered something online recently and got shipping info from a crappy 3rd party app called Route that I'd not heard of before. Luckily the company I ordered from sent me a USPS tracking number when I complained Route didn't work. But probably will never order from them again.
@witch_of_winter wow. Looks relatively legit, too.
