Mohela agent: “the only way to submit that form is at studentaid.gov”
Me: “on page 1 of the form, it says ‘submit this form by mail or by fax.’ I faxed it in October.”
MA: “the system has changed since October.”
Me: “Mohela mailed me a letter in February w/ a question about the faxed form, so you obviously _have_ my form.”
MA: “that does seem strange, but I didn’t work here in October, so I don’t know how it worked then.”

@Jzimbabwe Dear lord. I’m sure it doesn’t make you feel better to hear that all my friends who have tried doing PSLF with Mohela have had similar experiences.
