the smoker is partially in the sun.
its 11 am, and the sun could only have been on it for something like an hour.
is 117 inside the smoker and rising.
(the smoker isnt on)

@dntlookbehindu actually, smoked sweet potato is like candy. a little butter just to make it a bit creamy and you can eat it with a spoon
