morgan423Most people I know are only wearing masks now if they catch colds and flus and don’twant to spread it when going out and n public.
Which seems to me to be when you’d WANT your food service employee (whom you probably forced to work while sick) to wear one, so that they don’t spread it to the rest of your staff. But I guess I’m not a fast food company, corporate executive, so what do I know?

I agree it’s a bad idea, that’s one of the many reasons to not make your workers work sick, but these people aren’t exactly critical thinkers
SarcastikMakes sense. The challenge is the incubation period for most common colds is so long and variable that it’s really hard to pinpoint the source. Assuming they listen to some science.
