I was a child, I had childish things. But when I grew up, I was able to afford a lot more childish things. I have way more childish things. I cannot stress how much these rule.

I have hundreds of books.
My wife has at least a thousand.
As a kid, we both wore out the library. You have to give those books back. As a young adult, I'd trade in books at used bookstores.
As adults, we have enough disposable income to keep the books.
Same for DVDs and Blu-rays. We've got hundreds because we can.
@geekysteven "When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."

You’re never too old to have a happy childhood.
