Having a rough couple of weeks where I’m sleeping terribly, so I’m too tired to cycle to and from the gym after work and I’m not lifting, so I’m feeling anxious which leads to me not sleeping in a cycle
I thought I was making progress but I have so much trouble seeing it. And I’m at the stage where I have some body fat but I don’t know how much is loose skin from being a larger boy
