Having a rough couple of weeks where I’m sleeping terribly, so I’m too tired to cycle to and from the gym after work and I’m not lifting, so I’m feeling anxious which leads to me not sleeping in a cycle

I thought I was making progress but I have so much trouble seeing it. And I’m at the stage where I have some body fat but I don’t know how much is loose skin from being a larger boy

Anyway dick for attention pls say nice things to me 🥺

@liammarsters I can understand that your situation gives you anxiety. However it doesn't mean that you won't be able to pick up in a few weeks. I hope you can eventually try and create some space inside yourself of acceptance and trust that it will get better.

@liammarsters defo wouldn’t kick you out of bed. Jokes aside.. I think it’s sad how many of us feel like we aren’t happy with our bodies. I’ve had a few knocks to my confidence recently but dude.. you are sexy as fuck. Seriously you are goals as you are. Confidence and body image woes have ebbs and flows.. even the super super fit guys look in the mirror and feel inadequate. Just focus on your journey.. you are killing it so far 💪🏽
