Had blood testing today to double check from physical 2 weeks ago. I have very low iron and seem to be #anemic. I know there have been a couple of studies that show #trans women have a lower red blood count. Linked is one study. I wonder how they did the lab work. As male or female? So at moment I'm looking for multivitamin with more iron and seeing what can eat that will raise RBC. #transwoman

@Rtorres81 I was also diagnosed with being #anemic for me they told me it’s because of a B12 deficiency I have because of being #vegan
It is interesting that it might be a #TransWoman thing
@Rtorres81 just looked up the values, if they would take (cis) women levels I would be on the low end for hemoglobin but not too low yet *confused*

I have given the doctor multiple studies with citations so they know it's legit. To show why I might be showing as anemic, so it's not dismissed. Unfortunately I'm currently waiting for them to discuss if they should be testing me as female to see if my labs come back as normal.
