I find steam next fest to be extremely overwhelming. There are so many amazing developers making amazing games with heart and passion. The field is so competitive right now. I kind of wish these showcases focused more on curation than quantity.

I really enjoy finding indie games on Game Pass-- there aren't too many and they're hand picked. I want more marketing like that instead of HERES 100 GAMES GOOD LUCK

@old_lady_katie But there are so many games and on gamepass you can only see the stuff that is already heavily wishlisted

@kai that is true, and I don't necessarily think I want games pass specifically. Maybe what I want is for the steam curator tools to like.... Be good? And be used by reviewers that are good writers and I often agree with?

@old_lady_katie That makes a lot of sense to me. So it’s just easier to pick something and know it’s a good or enjoyable game
