Honestly gleeful at the prospect of Musk suing Zuck for misappropriation, as discovery will expose the obvious collusion between Dorsey/Bluesky, & Musk/Twitter.
Musk won't win claims against #Facebook re #Threads because he hasn't tried to protect against misapp by #Bluesky, a direct competitor that hired Twitter employees & whose whole Board is ex-Twitter, & whose big attraction to users is that it's a copycat clone of Twitter - but Musk has never made a peep about it. And never will.

Let's see *all* those contracts! The incorporation documents! The alleged trade secrets! The agreements that structured any transfers of money & IP from Jack as Twitter CEO, to Jack & his friends at #Bluesky!
I'm sure Twitter shareholders would love to understand how IP that they funded development of while Bluesky was a Twitter project ($13m worth), got transferred to an "independent" company, and at what price.
Maybe we'll finally even get to see #WhoOwnsBluesky

Melon just felt really insecure because zuck was bragging about all the sign-ups last night, so in order to salve that narcissistic injury he had an attorney shoot off a C&D. All the attention that C&D is garnering is the payoff for melon. Its called narcissistic supply.
