Musk won't win claims against #Facebook re #Threads because he hasn't tried to protect against misapp by #Bluesky, a direct competitor that hired Twitter employees & whose whole Board is ex-Twitter, & whose big attraction to users is that it's a copycat clone of Twitter - but Musk has never made a peep about it. And never will.

Yes, the former shareholders who held their shares when Dorsey externalized Twitter assets to form Bluesky PBLLP, and any other Bluesky related IP or other kinds of corporate assets from Twitter Inc.
That happened prior to the sale to Musk that Dorsey planned with Musk and pushed to the shareholders.
