@Plentifulpanda Borage. I've eaten the blooms plenty of times. Now I'm ready to move into the leaves, which chopoed and blanched are supposed like spinach, and the stems, again blanched, which supposedly taste like cucumber and make an excellent soup. Oh, they say once you grow borage you'll always have borage - apparently very aggressive self seeding, so maybe a reason to harvest and eat all.of the flowers....more Blue Food!
