Aitor Tejedor@gamingonlinux while I can't wait to try this game, I've been told multiple times Alyx MUST be played on VR to fully enjoy it as it was realized. I guess I'll be waiting to buy some VR headset. No idea when that will happen, though...
dlove67@tejedoraitor @gamingonlinux I haven't played the non-vr version, but I can't imagine it can compare. Using your hands to search through the environment for ammo and upgrades is something else.

Also the grabbity gloves are just a fun mechanic. Not to mention the gunplay.

The Original Party Worm@tejedoraitor @gamingonlinux 100%. HLA has a great story, but you would be doing yourself a great disservice by not playing it in VR at least the first playthrough. The world Valve built around VR is incredible.
