Any tips on how to access therapy with severe social anxiety?

I'm mute, so phone calls aren't an option for me, and I'd literally faint before managing to click a zoom link. I basically need therapy in order to go to therapy 😅

I've spoken to therapists about this and unfortunately they all say there's nothing they can do if I can't meet with them in the first place. What's the next step for me?

@Oatmilky A whole bunch of Youtube channels have been advertising/sponsored by BetterHelp — it's very online-forward, so maybe they'd be usable? I have otherwise absolutely no idea about them though.
@ralesk thanks for trying to help! Betterhelp is actually unfortunately super unsafe and was selling user data to Facebook 😅😅 so I'm trying to avoid it like the plague. Unfortunate, since a text-based therapy actually sounds great
@Oatmilky Oh, hadn't heard of that... what a bummer.
@Oatmilky I recommend talking with a good friend, once you feel comfortable chatting with them about a few personal things you'll appreciate the practice and hopefully feel more comfortable opening up to a therapist.
@AmarettoBear thanks for your advice! Unfortunately the problem is the fact that a therapist is a stranger, but you can't really change that without meeting them first :')
@Oatmilky I know this very well. *hugs*
