Masotodon.social seems to be struggling a bit the past few days (I wonder why?). I'm looking for a new instance to move my account to. Smaller but not too small. Probably general-purpose because my interests are all over the place, but also considering dedicated instances related to my #TTPRG, #Sports (#hockey), #Linux, #Technology, #Science, and other interests.

Currently looking at dice.camp and universeodon.

Any suggestions?

@Paulatics Well, I do like #hockey, #beer, #curling (underrated winter sport full of suspense), #poutine, and actual functioning #healthcare systems, so I think I'd mostly fit in. 😂

@packardmoose Is there a server with a more geographical association? For example I'm in Oklahoma and joined okla.social. Doesn't seem likely to have capacity issues...

@packardmoose I guess the seattle one is probably smaller than you'd like. Maybe hachyderm.io ? I do know people who post plenty of non-tech stuff from there. The sports ones I know of are all very small.
