Just a casual reminder that in 1869 it was decided to have 9 Supreme Court justices because there were 9 Circuit Courts.
Now there are 13 Circuit Courts. So what exactly are we waiting for?

@Strandjunker @nuintari But what would the additional 4 judges fix, exactly? The court could still be stacked, just like it is now. More justices won't fix this problem.

@dragonsidedd @Strandjunker @nuintari Maybe.. though that sounds pretty complicated. I did see something about an 18 year term limit. They explained that this would mean every president would have to appoint 2 judges each term. Not sure how that would work if confirmations could be blocked, but it seems better than what we have.
Honestly, I'd like to see term limits (with re-election limits as well) for every office.
