@QasimRashid Biden also supported anti segregation effort until it was convenient not to; opposed gay marriage until it was convenient to do; and (definitely not lastly) supported don't ask don't tell until it too became convenient to do otherwise

Currently, he also won't touch student loans because it's not convenient; Is there any evidence here that he's at least changed his playbook here?

All the Dems and about half the Repubs (both chambers) voted for it.

Of the Repubs who voted against it,
EVERY SINGLE ONE had a 100% pro-forced-birth rating from National Right-to-Life.
