Steven Zhu@thewrightmatt @nixCraft If it's a individual subscription (aka, not teams or enterprise), then the user can choose to contact customer support and see if they can get the fee waived.
If the fee isn't paid and isn't waived, you are still OBLIGATED to pay, although Adobe might not spend effort to collect it to the extreme (debt collection, legal challenge).
For Teams and Enterprise, they probably have no choice but to pay the bill...
bubbajet@thewrightmatt @nixCraft I know OP isn’t in the US (Australia, I think?), but in the US you signed the contract SO you’re liable. It would wind up on a collections department and eventually ruin your credit score. Don’t get me started on credit scores, I’m not defending them.
