There’s no need for Democrats to pass legislation stating that it’s unethical for a Supreme Court Justice to accept anything of value from someone who has business before the Court, or to rule on any matter involving someone who has given you something of value. That’s already unethical.

Democrats must demand the resignation of any Justice* who has done that.

Biden really, really, REALLY does not want to expand the court.

So here is another way to fix the problem without expanding the court — hound the corrupt justices into leaving on their own. Yet each new report of black-hearted corruption is met with less and less of a response from Democrats. The reagan years taught them learned helplessness, and that's the only thing they know.

@JamesGleick James the only thing keeping these corrupt Justices in place is the Democrats inability to fight; they learned to stay down.
